The role of Designers at Radical Forge is to imagine and develop compelling and engaging rules and experiences for both our games and client projects. 

They sustain the creative vision by designing systems and features that will enable players to live their own unique immersive gaming experiences. 

They can also be responsible for constructing the intentions and visions of the whole creative team through rich worlds and levels that stimulate players' expression and enrich the player's gaming experiences.
