Radical Forge is a growing creative powerhouse based in North East England. Starting as two people looking to build something special, we have grown relentlessly, working on a wide variety of well known released titles as well as a range of internal IP projects.

Your Mission 

 Your mission will be to

• Design and architect new tools based on developer requirements
• Collaborate with artists, designers, and other engineers for feature development
• Embed within content teams and work with Product owners to determine and fulfill workflow needs
•Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in the content creation workflow
• an example to junior engineers and can effectively mentor when needed

Ideal Applicant 

You will feel suited for this position if you have a passion for creating tools for AA/AAA games that enable the team to concentrate on their own specialisms.

Skills Summary

You will be the perfect candidate if your skillset looks like this:

• Significant commericial software development experience
• Excellent programming skills/experience in C++ and C#
• Experience developing Qt and/or WPF applications
• Strong communication skills
• UI and UX design skills
•Strong 3D math skills
•Experience with databases and large datasets
•Experience with game client/server architecture

We will require all applicants to have a pre-existing right to work in the UK/EU.

Remote working is only available for those based in the UK/EU with a right to work in the UK/EU.
